Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification by email.

 

2. Shipping Fees

The following international shipping rates apply to physical shipments from the GEO global store. All amounts below are in US dollars (USD).

The US$199 threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping charges and taxes. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout in the checkout currency.

Hong Kong deliveries use the separate local shipping options and charges displayed at checkout; they are not included in these international tiers.

For destinations not covered by the international tiers or local options, please contact service@3dmakerpro.com to confirm shipping availability and obtain a quote before ordering. Shipping to Lebanon, Ukraine, Kosovo and Namibia requires separate confirmation.

These rates concern physical shipments. A deposit purchase does not itself trigger shipment of a product. Delivery arrangements for pre-order products are provided separately.

 

3. Warehouses

Orders normally ship from the nearest warehouse. If purchased items are unavailable there, we may use another warehouse.

 

4. Remote Area Shipping

Remote destinations take longer to deliver to and may incur extra shipping charges. If our system identifies your address as remote, we may email you about the additional amount.

 

5. Import Duties and Taxes

Import duty and tax rules vary by country. Customers often pay no tax. For further information, email service@3dmakerpro.com.

 

6. P.O. Box Addresses

P.O. Box addresses are generally not accepted. If you enter one by mistake, we may email you to request a street address.
